yup i alternate my grip every time i lift the weight also.
i wonder if having your bod conditioned to the alternate grip decreases the potential for a ruptured biceps tendon?
ive been doing it this way for as long as ive been dl-ing. (2 years regularly)
thoughts?

Alternating grip in part contributed to a herniated disc for me, for me it resulted in a real twisting force on spine. I use straps now when grip fails.

I thought that alternating grip at every rep isn’t dangerous?
