Very disappointed because i have had a lot of stress the last couple of days so i coped with eating and smoking a lot, today was my last day of binge eating until the end of the cut (6.5wks of caloric deficit and 2wks of maintenance). not the first time i fuck up i have been up to 300lbs and went all the way down to 217lbs before so i know what to do.
Will add a lot of home workouts/conditioning from next week because of quarantine (30min-50min drive to the gym) and make smarter food choices starting today.
