I’m a deadlift only guy that trains upper body just to be jacked as fuck.
My PR is 735lbs@260lbs from 8 months ago, 2 months ago i pulled 700lbs@225lbs from a 3" deficit.
Goals: in 10 weeks to be under 220lbs BW and in 12 weeks to pull 725+ lbs from 1" deficit.
Body weight right now is a bloated 235lbs.
Training:
Low frequency conjugate method for deadlifts.
Bodybuilding (ish) workouts for upper body.
Diet:
Starting @ 2600kcal 100-150 grams of protein per day.
Upping cardio (LISS) and/or lowering calories by need.
Daily weight in and weekly avg.
Sleep:
Gonna track sleep too, goal is 7-9 hrs 4-5 times a week and 5 hrs on weekends.
