Does it work (notwithstanding future health rammifications?) I know some guys apparently can get away with this, but idk if they check lipids, glucose tolerance + hba1c periodically

I’d be curious to see what your fasting glucose is + hba1c and HDL/LDL/trigs.

Fasting glucose at 85ish, LDL/HDL/trigs on a cruise are in range.
I don’t have accesses to private labs in my country so i only do blood work on cruises.
I’m not planning on juicing long term, only another 10-15 months then retire from PLing and focusing on longevity (while on TRT) and life gains. performance wise the traditional way hinders my recovery, high protein making me sick (like today after 260g) and avoiding high sugary food gives me high levels of fatigue and inflammation. i don’t know the “WHY” and i don’t really care. its not about discipline because i have been on the “clean eating”/“vertical diet” etc trains for long periods of time and have not seen any results while now i’m going forward towards my goals every day. i get my micronutrients in daily with a lot of veggies/eggs/red meat at breakfast.

If I’d eat his calories, I’d lose weight too. In the end weight loss is about calories and if you’re in a deficit you can get away with a lot of bad eating without your blood showing it, especially when you’re training.
I actually think I’d get away with eating a pack of gummi bears a day without a health problem and without the drugs if I’m eating good food in the right amount the rest of the day.

So you can eat like shit/suboptimally in a deficit, train hard, use gear and retain adequate lipids/insulin sensitivity? (Provided said variables are reasonable to begin with)

If that’s true then I no longer need to be quite as strict when im dieting.
