you still have aids.

and if i had bad form, i would get an injury or at least PAIN. as i mentioned i dont use a belt and i still dont get lower back pain lifting those weights for reps to failure. so yes, if my form is as bad as you claim it is (with no visual proof) then yes, i am certainly special.

Do you think your lifts are that impressive??

No, having bad form does not mean you will have been paralyzed and given cancer. Look at all those shitty youtube videos with horrible form - those people aren’t hurt yet either. Doesn’t mean they should talk about the mechanics of the lift they’re improperly performing though, does it?[/quote]

im not posting them to impress people. i think my lifts ARE good though. i havent seen anyone deadlift a good amount of weight with crappy form either. and if they do, they’re waking up the next morning without being able to tie their shoes without agonizing pain. i’ll keep using my ‘shitty form’ though.

Just because you can move what you consider a lot of weight without getting hurt so far still doesn’t mean you’re doing it right. You can brute up a lot of weight and all it takes is one time for something to happen or you’re fucked. Like i’ve said before a guy on our team has a raw 700 pull, he’s strong as shit but his form sucked until we started working with him, even he agrees it sucked after seeing how his form has come along.

ya’ll never even seen me lift, not even a curl. yet yall know how my form for deadlifts are. no doubt.

First, from your description, i’m betting you let your hips shoot up and your legs lockout far before your back, then your back takes on the brunt of the lift. How about you post a video of 455x7 to show your form and then it will either make us shut our mouths or if your form is off we might be able to help you with your form?

i might be able to arrange something like that.

That’ll help everyone, because then instead of typing out “455 x 7 stfu” over and over again, you can copy and paste a youtube link!
