do u put this on leg or back day?

Both days, if deadlifts are part of my program I do back and hams on the same day.

Regular deads on back day, stiff legged deads on leg day.

I thought the consensus on the other thread was to do them for cardio on chest day while brushing your teeth?
Actually, I use deads, back squats, good mornings with my hamstring and back day. I have a seperate day for quads (front squats, extentions etc.) calves and shoulders.
i’ve put them on leg day.
reason behind this, when u look at the movement involved u can see that movement comes from the hips and the knees.
i know u also get movement from the upper body but i dont believe it to be as much as the lower body, plus when i do deadlifts i feel my legs working harder than any other part of my body. i know this is an individual thing and it is just my opinion.
i welcome all comments / criticisms
