supposed to be a laugh?

…or, if you can, deadlift while not making any ridiculous noise at all.

Like this guy here.

oh,but the noise makes the hype,we are men,no reason to be mute

i’d say the lifter in Varq’s video is more manly than the guy in your video…

Did the guy in the first video say, “I have a small dick”?

OP, in a acronym… GTFO!

Csulli’s training buddy is seriously bad-ass.

i’d say that your opinion is irrelevant,no drspect and yes the MAN in the video would be me…

The back arch hurt me to watch.

I usually don’t give a crap what people do with their weights, but that was rough. Round back, hips started to rise before the shoulders, WAY too much time on the approach and set up, and you didn’t actually lock it, you just kinda sat the weight back into a slump.

Now I know that form breaks down at near max and all, but you have to work on that shit.

Ditch the straps, shins to the bar, keep your back straight- then drop your ass and lift the bar.

How much weight was that OP?

Says 140 kg in the description.

If we’re to assume that the red and black bumper plates are 45s, and the yellow is 25, then that was a 275 pound deadlift.

If the yellows were also 45s, then 315.

By means of comparison, I believe that the weight Csulli’s training partner in the video did three easy reps of, without straps, and without any screaming or grunting, at a bodyweight of 180, was 565. But you’d have to ask Csulli about that.

Ah. Metric plates. I stand corrected, but only a little bit. Didn’t see the description.

555

Although I did film him doing a triple with 565 last Saturday. That’s the heaviest triple he’ll do before our meet Dec. 14.
