By means of comparison, I believe that the weight Csulli’s training partner in the video did three easy reps of, without straps, and without any screaming or grunting, at a bodyweight of 180, was 565. But you’d have to ask Csulli about that.
555

Although I did film him doing a triple with 565 last Saturday. That’s the heaviest triple he’ll do before our meet Dec. 14.
So those were fives on the ends. Thought so, but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. He’s an awesome dude, either way.

i’d say that your opinion is irrelevant,no drspect and yes the MAN in the video would be me…
well my channel doesn’t have a theme precisely,I WOULD have many ideas but i don’t have followers

you can’t have ideas without followers? Aren’t you supposed to have the ideas first, so people will have a reason to follow you?

X2 Dude’s a beast

lol i thought you were saying sonofalfi was a beast. I thought the grunting was dumb, saying you had a small dick made it remotely funny. Your horrendous form will catch up 2 you so learn to dead properly.

What was your purpose in posting this video here, in the Get a Life forum, prefacing it the way you did?

“Just an opinion, just spam” sounds very much like “not to be taken seriously.”

So don’t get your panties in a bunch when your video, and you, are not taken seriously.

You want advice on your form? Do you want critique? There are forums for that. Are you a beginner? If you’ve only been lifting for a year, then the answer is “yes”. We have a beginner’s forum. You will not be ridiculed there, as long as you don’t reek of attitude.

You will be ridiculed if you post here essentially saying “hey look at me I’m a MAN 'cuz I can pick up a moderately heavy weight while making loud noises! How dare you say otherwise! Your opinion is irrelevant!”

Sorry if your first post ever here didn’t result in the validation you were seeking. Better luck next time.

I think I over use the “have you ever been diagnosed with autism?” response to people in this forum. I hope it doesn’t offend anyone. Sometimes though the things people post make me genuinely curious.

No lol, but I had a friend in high school who was. He was a very smart kid, but he used to say really unusual albeit interesting things. Like how John Wilkes Booth was his hero, because he stood up for what he believed in. Which is technically correct…

how can i be incentivize without followers…?,plus, having original ideas is not enough sometimes…

Just giving you a hard time. My mom is a school teacher and she works with the Autistic children in the elementary school she works with. Autism is has a very large range of effects. Rainman to extremely functional people that if you met and talked to you would not even know they were Autistic.
