Some very ‘interesting’ input here. I did try overhand grip bilaterally last night and it did improve quite a bit, but it’s still not 100%. I do need to post a vid, but for that I still need an Iphone at the very least. Us ‘old farts’ tend to use older technology so we can save money for retirement. As well, I’m sure I have at least a dozen significant injuries I could list off (herniated L5/S1 disc, multiple ankle sprains, rotator cuff tears in both shoulders, broken left arm, etc…) that may add to the solution once I post the vid.
Update: Had someone look at my form. They had me narrow up my stance slightly and lean more backward and so far…fixed.
