I am an newbie aspiring powerlifter with a current deadlift of 405. I plan to compete in a powerlifting meet on March 21st and I am looking into getting gear.
Unfortunately, being laid of from work and spending most of my money on protein leaves me with little money left for suits. If I get a squat suit, can I also use it for deadlifting and vice versa? Will it be counter-productive? Will it be even slightly helpful? Any thoughts and idea’s are greatly appreciated, much thanks!
