Deadlift Squat Weight Difference

Haven’t maxed recently (since november 2008) but approx 550lb raw squat (belt only, IPF depth) and 660lb deadlift (again belt only). This is based off 490lbs for 5 raw squat and 565x5 raw deadlift, all at 210-220lbs, 6’1.

nah, i have a fairly bad grip–not midget hands!

and i don’t use straps for my deads. my deads are maxed at 280 right now, squat 295.

…but my hands–grip–definetely are my hinderence on the deads. that and living in denver were its dry as all hell all year round, your hands get super raw sometimes and painful.

but regardless,i’ve always had a bigger squat–as below parallel as i can, i do try for nice depth. blah.

Not planning on competing at all til next year. Tryna get my bodyfat levels down to something respectable. Single digit figures if possible!!
