Deadlift Program

Have been getting frustrated because of my deadlift stalling as everything else progresses so I made my own deadlift program because I’m totally qualified to do so (sarcasm) I have a meet in 10 weeks and need 15 more pounds on my max to get an RPS world record for my age and weight so I’m gonna make sure I don’t leave anything on the table. Does anybody have any advice on what I should add?

Week 1:
5@80%
3@85%
3 singles@90%
Week 2:
5@85%
3@90%
3 singles@95%
Week 3:
5@90%
3@95%
3 singles@100%
Week 4:
5@95%
3@100%
3 singles@105%
Week 5:
Deload
Week 6:
New max

For assistance I was planning on heavy 5x5’s of stiff leg deadlifts, dimel deadlifts, and wide stance box squats to an 18" box (I pull sumo) I don’t really expect to get all my lifts on the last week but since I’m only a beginner lifter I think I should be able to come pretty close. Thanks in advance for any advice!

What is your current max? I’m asking not to be a troll but because heavier weights usually require a more conservative approach to programming. If you have a meet in 10 weeks I would aim for getting a new max at the meet, not four weeks before. I would also recommend not working up to anything past 95%.

Last year I did my then max dl for a triple five weeks before a meet and never recovered from it.

My max is 495 but I recover well enough from deadlifts that I’ve run bulgarian style training in the past

Tried out the week one today and loved it. Ended up cutting out the Stiff leg dls and box squats because it took too long. I’m “only” doing 36 working reps so hopefully I should be able to recover.
