Took the criticism from my previous post and did what i could to tweak it. Overall I’m satisfied considering my form was literally lumbar driven a year ago but I think the form could be improved. This was done 2 weeks ago but I forgot to upload it. Since then I haven’t done a full deadlift, been doing alot of RDL while learning to keep my spine neutral. Also to drill the hip hinge movement. Could use some feedback on weak links and their recommended assistances. Thank you. And thanks to those who helped on my previous post.
Form can always be improved, considering this is a PR lift your form is good but not great. The lift looked fairly easy and I bet you could add another 10kg but the form could brake down at that point. The only thing I could recommend is pushing your hips through explosively and keep the bar as close to yourself as possible as in the video the bar was out in front causing you to round a little final thing is to improve overall tightness and setup, great lift and good job.

Thank you. I’d figured since I’m someone who grinds I should really dial in the form correctly before i snap something.
