Deadlift Goals

I got them 533.5

my goal is a 490 triple by December. at a bodyweight of around 200 pounds. will post a video, you can even call me out!

Just hit 451 yesterday. Goal remains 500. At 170 BW.

I’ve been training force something like 1Ã?½ years, but only organized, serious training since around christmas. I have long arms, good for deadlifting, sux for benching, I have only benched 264 with paused n chest.[/quote]

My goal is 600-620 for my next meet in 16 weeks, that’s with gear, though.
