Been powerlifting for under a year. Need critique on my form.

You start with your hips too low. You naturally raise them to a good position before you break the floor. This would be okay but the momentum of this shift seems to tip you forward. Not much because this is submaximal weight but with more on the bar it will cause issues.
Try raising your hips a bit, stay as tight as you can (you should be a bit uncomfortable) and push the floor away with your legs. This should prevent the tipping forward.
