Deadlift Form Check (185 lb)

hello! ive been trying to get a good technique on deadlift but i dont feel confident yet. i follow allan thrall advice. im 6’2” weight 160 following greyskull lp. new gym - YouTube deadlift 185 5 reps feels heavy but in my opinion its because of form. what do you guys think? sorry for the angle. the new gym is little and theres no space

Take off the shoes and see what happens. Runners are a poor choice.

I would say don’t worry so much about having the perfect form right now. I’m guessing you’re a beginner. Your form looks good enough to start with. Just focus on getting bigger, stronger and packing on muscle. As you develop, you’ll be able to better diagnose your own strengths and weaknesses. For now, just plug away eat and sleep a lot

Looks good. Remember that when you get to your later reps, you will be fatigued and more likely to compromise form/get injured.
