How is the body holding up? Any soreness or stuff like that?
What does the rest of your training look like?
Body is strong every session roughest part so far was the start of the second week.
Recovery is on point . I do about 30-45min every other day of stretching/rolling/decompression so Iām sure thats a big help

Well it finally happened. The dark side of dead lifting everyday. Last week I did this same exercise 585lbs for 3 today I struggled to hit 565lbs for 1.
I can honestly say it had nothing to do with fatigue, cns anything like that⦠throwing up twice before training might of been the cause, BUT will see how it goes tomorrow.
I did deadlifts every other day for 8 weeks during my last bulk. Brought up my deads from 135 (Was just starting to work on them again after long break in lifting) to around double that for 12+ reps. Not sure what I could 1rm.
Point is deadlifting every other day worked well for me. I am on AAS though, and I sleep 8-9 hours a day plus a minimum of a three hour nap every afternoon after my workout!
Deadlifting 135 tho, anything would have worked for you. Not saying deadlifting everyday or other day doesnāt work, but in your case you could have gotten to doing what you were doing with just about any program with consistency.
Yes thatās definitely true, especially considering two years before this my deadlift was much higher than that, so I had muscle/strength memory as well.
Was just pointing out that if I, as a (Somewhat) beginner again could recover from that, then other people can too!
Wasnāt so much about the progress, as that the progress showed that I could indeed recover from that volume.
You definitely hit the nail on the head though.
