How are you programming? Or are you just going off of what you feel like doing that day?

At first yeah it was random, but now I’ve got a little structure

Monday- Conventional 2in Deficit DM 2-3x

Tuesday- Sumo 4in Block Pull DM 2-3x

Wednesday- Conventional 90% 5x1

Thursday- Sumo 2in Deficit DM 2-3x

Friday- Conventional 4in Block Pull DM 2-3x

Saturday- Sumo 90% 5x1

Sunday- RDL hold bottom/ Wide Sumo recovery / Decompression

Have you thought about adding snatch grip DLs or trap bar DLs anywhere? Just curious!

Plans are to run these movements for a couple more weeks then figure another layout with

-Pauses
-Double Pause
-Snatch Grip*
-Trap Bar*
-2in Block Pull
-Flex Bar
-3,5,10RM

I’ve used bands and chains before, but not a fan of them.

Day #21 Deadlift Everyday

  • RDL 10 second holds at bottom position
  • Around 1 hour of stretching
  • 10-20 min decompression work
  • wrestling a 500lb hog

Am I the only one with a good relationship to their (future) mother-in-law?

Lmao… I might try to get a video of it. We’re trying to move her but she aint making it easy. That was yesterday (Sunday). I’m trying again today so will see
