How are you programming? Or are you just going off of what you feel like doing that day?
At first yeah it was random, but now I’ve got a little structure
Monday- Conventional 2in Deficit DM 2-3x
Tuesday- Sumo 4in Block Pull DM 2-3x
Wednesday- Conventional 90% 5x1
Thursday- Sumo 2in Deficit DM 2-3x
Friday- Conventional 4in Block Pull DM 2-3x
Saturday- Sumo 90% 5x1
Sunday- RDL hold bottom/ Wide Sumo recovery / Decompression
