You currently have “A” belt, this will help make it “your” belt.
Fold your belt exactly in half so the each ends are together. Then place the belt in the floor. With your foot step on the bended part in the middle and roll your foot back and forth. This will get the belt limber in no time. Do that the length of the belt as best you can. Flip the belt over and repeat the process. Do this until the belt is a supple as you want it to be. I got a 13mm Inzer belt that I can almost crack like a big ass bull whip but it still feels like I’ve wrapped an I-Beam around my waist but is very comfortable at the same time. Now as you wear it (assuming you don’t grow out of it first) it will slowly and slightly mold to the contours of your back and stuff. Even this way it will take a lot of time.
I have the exact same problem with DL and squat, get the belt on as tight as possible but when I hit bottom on the squat or touch at the end of a DL rep, it gets pushed up my back. I honestly have not found a solution, I just deal with it and keep lifting.

Setting the front of the belt lower by pushing down on the buckle can help. That and keeping your belly full of air and those abs braced tight!
Also what someone said above about A belt versus Your belt. Is the belt properly fitted? Broken in? Is it a quality belt?
