Short session, just the way it was written I guess.
Only got 2 reps on the last 3 sets of bench, had I had a spotter I may have gotten 3 but I don’t like risking it. Between each set only only too 45-60 seconds, that makes things a bit harder and I liked it.
So Monday I’m going start dropping weight. I’m ready, I feel really fat right now and am ready to get rid of my gut for ever. I may add another couple entries in this log but we’ll see.
237.2 this morning, that’s 23lbs gained and that’s enough for now. Didn’t get to 30lbs like I thought I wanted. This was a fun session, I gained a good deal of strength and size but it’s time to strip off the fat.
This week I’ll get some bench and squat maxes to see how I did.
