Seriously need to kick my ice cream habit. Its bad. 2 pints on the first, one last night. Can’t describe the work stress and eating ice cream is so damn relaxing.

Awesome work keeping up some consistency with all that’s going on in your life. Hope you get a little break sometime.
My dad and I started a consultancy firm 8 years ago that represents developers. We assist with planning, financing, design and construction management. Four years ago we hired our first employee and now we have 20 and three office.
Most of the chaos in my life is set-inflicted. I’m constantly trying to grow the business, take on way more than I can and become partner. Sadly, I’m just a regular employee that acts like I am an owner.
