Super weird benching with 115lbs, but the lighter weight combined with following flies was killer. I had failure with my chest, whereas I normally fail at triceps with lockout.
Will hit it again this evening for a full workout.
Had a burrito bowl from Chipotle, only 720 cals and super filling. That, with my morning waffles, is exactly 1,000 calories and leaves me with roughly 1,000 calories for dinner.

Felt terrible when I woke up. Just warn down and sore. Skipped my morning cardio and will do some kind of torture tonight to make up. Calories are low right now, but I’ve been able to maintain intensity up until this point. Hopefully today’s a fluke and I won’t have to tone down workouts.

Not quite. Yesterday an arrest was made, removing one reason why I’ve been incognito. At end of month our home will be done and we’ll move first of May. Mid-May I’ll be back to a new normal of travel three days, home four.
Almost! I wrote a check for a piece of the company and offered it to owner at dinner a month ago, but he declined until we complete the buyout structure with CPA and attorney. We meet with them mid-may.

Edit: Starting tomorrow, I’m going to push my airbike ride to 150 calories. 100 is getting fairly easy. Today’s ride took me 11:22. I’d like to get it down to 10:00. It’s not a difficult pace, mainly keeping my heart rate in the 110 range.
Forgot to mention earlier. Between every set of squats was 10 hanging leg raises.
