Yes. I am planning on doign something. At least dragging the sled for a few sprints and such on saturday morning/early afternoon. It isnt supposed to be as brutally hot as yesterday either.
Just chime in. I was planning Towerspark again but am game to meet elsewhere if you have ideas.

I am down for towers park, or wherever else in the area, …i have also come across 2 more kegs(my friends where kind enough to empty them), i figure we can now have varying weights. Blue - i’m still working on the tires. also, i’ll let my friend with the kbells know.
I vote for no earlier than 9am. I hate waking up in the morning.
I will be there, sadly with no toys other than an 8# sledge hammer and a small tire (36") to use the hammer on. It is useless for strength, but does work quite well for Tabatas.
GOOD STUFF, let’s say 9 then, i dont really want to get up early either but i gotta leave town by 11:30am. i’ll give my buddy with the kbells a call a lil later today. i’ll grab those kegs today also.
I live down in the Stafford area. I haven't had a chance to do any strongman training before, but I want to get into it. Would it be alright if I came out and joined in the your training tomorrow?

Thanks for having me out to the workout on Saturday. I thought I would post directions to the O course for those interested this Sat. I propose meeting on the parade deck at Camp Barrett because this will be the only place we can legally park that is near the O course.
I-95S: Exit 148 turn right at bottom of exit
I-95N: Exit 148 turn left at bottom of exit
Turn left at the fire station (MCB2)
Directions to park: After turning onto MCB-2 drive around bend into Camp Barrett (about 3 miles), then take first left (Gilbert Rd.)
Go down a small hill, around a curve, and stop at the stop sign.
From the stop sign, drive straight, then up a driveway that curves up a small hill to the left.
That driveway will put you onto a large parade deck/parking lot. Park wherever there’s room.
Directions to O Course:
Take the left at the fire station.
Drive into Camp Barrett, continue going straight past all of the buildings, follow a big bend in the road and come to a T intersection with Montezuma Ave (MCB-3). Turn right.
Go up the road about 100 yds, then turn right onto a gravel path.
That path leads directly to the O course. (There is no legal parking around the T intersection or up the gravel road).
Thats the plan from what I recall. The directions are above. Cezar is still out of Town I think but I am sure will be on here blabbin b4 long. If it doesnt go over I game for anything.
What ever we do I’ll be limpin’ in as I have my DL w/o that morning before hand. I’ll be good though that damn O course is more upper body than low.
Okay I’m back from Vegas, DEFCON 13, Phoenix, Thornbecks and Tucson. I’ve learned a few of things, first the women on the west coast are hott, female bodybuilders are scarier in person and somewhat odd seeing them in Quiznos and that not sleeping/eating and drinking alot during a bulk cycle will make you lose LBM fast and gain a belly.
The plan this Sat was to go to the O’course. Had a couple drop out. So we’ll poll again. Just post if you want to go the O course or the park and if you can attend. The time still being 11am.
