DC Advice for Over 55 Old

I have used DC for 2 months now. I like it alot. The problem I have is I have many injuries. Bad shoulder, torn distal tendons, etc. I have adjusted with partial BPs, partial squats, etc. Is DC good for seniors as long as they keep the first RP set above 10 reps. I would like to hear everyone’s thoughts around DC for seniors…

Are you referring to DoggCrapp? I know Dante recommended for older lifters to keep the reps in the 15-30 range
