David Beckham's Muscular Physique
kpsnap wrote:
I don’t think the term muscular fits. To me, the term “muscular” connotes a certain amount of muscle size. I would say lean, fit, athletic fits Beckham. But while we all have muscles, only those who have developed them to a certain size would be called “muscular” in my book.
His legs looked good to me. Would we call someone who had a good deal of upper body development and lean, athletic legs muscular?

(Not that I care one bit, and as stated before he’s too lean to be my ideal, personally. I just think it’s a word some photographer threw out without thinking for more than a half-second about it. But I don’t think it’s a misuse of the word.)

Or tell everyone he’s on the roidz.
I mean, I’m a huge Jackman fan (huge fan), but he probably is. Dude is like 50 and fucking ripped…

Let’s not forget what he looked like when he first starred as Wolverine.
Original Woverine Jackman, still more muscular than Beckham.

That’s probably true actually. I forgot to take into account his age, also the fact he looks dramatically different without the lifestyle and years it takes of training. Whatever he might be on seems to be doing a good job at least. I hope I look half as good at that age.
You can be ripped at 50 without drugs
What are the main obstacles to using gear?

I can think of

 1. Too poor
 2. Lack of connections
 3. Anxiety about drug tests administered by athletic governing bodies

I’m not saying he must have used gear to attain that physique, but why wouldn’t he use gear? Dude prolly pays someone 100 bucks a pin just so he doesn’t have to reach his own glute

Besides I thought most celebs were on GH now to look younger. Anti aging clinics and whatnot

he’ll be on prescribed test and GH fo sho.

Iggy Pop even makes David Beckham look like a puny 12-year old!

Exactlyz. Womenz are attracted to social status and power. Anthropologically speaking the guy high up in the pecking order can protect his wife and children and provide for them.

Does Iggy work out? I always thought he must have good genetics because he seems like too much of a bum to work out.

I’m not saying he is or isn’t. Cstratton made it sound like he must be on and I’m just saying that’s not necessarily the case.

Hilarious description…even by footballer standards Beckham has never been much more than just lean and fairly athletic looking.

Bum? How do you figure? The man’s been active in his career longer than you’ve been alive. He’s not only influenced the direction of rock music, but he’s managed to stay relevant in almost every decade and genre he’s worked in. You may not be a fan of his music, but you can’t deny his work ethic, attitude, and relevance.

Maybe Beck’s is after the skinny teenager werewolf look. I suppose he needs to fit in with Posh’s skinny model crowd. She probably makes him eat salad and quinoa all day long, and drink magnetized water.

But dam, he would look so much better if he added a few sets of pull-ups, dips and maybe some dB bench twice a week.

Your powers of observation or sub-par.

For reference/perspective, would it be an issue if a newspaper called Ronda Rousey “skinny”? Because I’d say Rousey is to skinny as Beckham is to muscular.

At the end of the day, this is probably it in a nutshell.
