Second Fortitude session of this Blast complete! Legs and biceps! And I absolutely smashed them! It was incredibly brutal. Starting things with pendulums was such a diabolical way to start the session! Definitely then punished myself further with the Hex bar squat afterwards. Everything felt so much harder today with it being the leg session. The Biceps at the End were basically almost like the dessert at the end of a hearty meal!

Felt like my body composition had stalled somewhat for a few weeks, but this week I’ve lowered calories just a tad and I’m seeing some improvements again. I’m going to post up my 11 weeks out check-ins Vs today’s 8 week out check-ins. I think the Leg detail is starting to come out more. This is so critical for me because it’s something I completely missed last year. Currently 10 pounds below last years stage weight.

Upper Load/Lower Pump “A” rotation today! Went maybe slightly too heavy on Bench and slightly too light on incline flys, so I guess it balances out haha! Everything was really moving well and it was fun hitting some of these foundational lifts today. Busted out the mad spotters today for the dumbbells so I didn’t have to waste a ton of energy getting that first rep up on Dumbbell Overhead Press. Really really like these!

The pump sets for legs were brutal and miserable but the pump was sick! I had so much fun with this one, really connected well with my legs. So excited to get back after it. Likely resting tomorrow.
