I’m still trying to piece together the sequence of events – he had Berardi save him from his crap diet, started with another kid who he summarily dumped after a couple of months, and started using Justin? As far as I can tell (or care.)

you idiot- he can’t build up his chest because of several torn pecs. that’s about as good as it’ll get- and it’s still better than most people can do. [/quote]
Damn, he looks fucking fantastic. What a change. I followed his bouts w/diet shit for a while, not sure though what exactly happened to him that was a negative?
How did he tear his pecs? Was it just heavy pressing or something else? That's a shame, but like someone else said, they're still pretty good, and I don't readily see anything that indicates they were torn. They just look a bit "flat", but still look good. I think he looks superb, and hats off to the big guy.
Shows what dedication is all about...

He tore one pec in 1/2 and the other was torn off the bone. IIRC, he’s had about 20 various tears over the years.
True. If you read his training log from when he was powerlifting, he did lots of cable crossovers and pec fly variations, while he rarely if ever recommended them in his articles.
Looking at his abdominal area - you can see he was a bigger guy. If he stayed down in weight for two years, I believe he can tighten and improve this further.

My bad, i’ll get right on reading all his training logs. Apparently this is common knowledge among the general populace, so calling me an idiot is justified.
He definetel does not have the same symmetry as a bodybuilder and it is interesting to see which muscles have developed, and how, from his focus on powerlifting.
They REALLY need to update his photo on the elitefts website
He looks happier when fatter though - he needs to stop scowling!
Final post update #2 is super-whey… but I would only dare say that from safely behind by computer screen.
For anybody who doesn’t already, read Dave’s and also Jim Wendler’s training logs on EliteFTS. All of them are informative, but the two of them are great reads. Good info on training but even better are the random rants or little musings they go off on every now and then.
They have so much experience it’s hard not to learn from them. Also awesome guys and just as genuine in person; if anybody gets the chance to see take speak at a seminar, take it!
Dude looks good…a lot of people pay lots of money to try and look like that. Who cares if his chest isn’t as big…still looks better than 90% of the population. Just don’t tell him that you like his new beach bod…LOL!!
