Sooooo relatable. The stuff you own will expand to the size of whatever garage you have. I think there’s some sort of law of science about that. Applies to purses too.
Oh you’re right! That’s a good one.

I would become instant friends with the person who followed it up with the next line.
About a decade ago I was watching a video of two big dudes arm wrestling.
I don’t know all the details, but by the end of the video - someone’s forearm was kind enough to introduce the fingers of his right arm to the elbow of the same arm.
May have been Swede Magnus Samuelson vs Australian Nathan Jones both were strongman competitors but Magnus was also an ex arm wrestler. Nathan Jones snapped his arm hard and that pretty much ended his strongman career. Horrible injury.
It looks very healthy to me always great to see a new leaf sprouting. I find with my monsteras they like quire a lot of light but not specifically direct sunlight as it can burn the leaves. Make sure you have it in a sunny or light position. Also can consider moving it to a different position morning / afternoon to better well lit position.
It’s getting light from a south-facing window and from a few west-facing windows. But because of the shade from a detached garage and a porch overhang, it’s not extreme or direct light.
Wait a minute. West and south exposures may mean a totally different thing to you since you’re on the opposite side of the world. Or maybe it doesn’t and I’m just confused.

But here, if a house gets southern light, it’s basically all day relatively indirect light. If it gets western light, it can receive direct afternoon and evening sunlight.
I’ve got it sitting on this little side table right now.
There’s a girl at our church with a disease. She is pure sunshine and I would do anything for her. Chris and I have been cleaning her place, taking her shopping, and bringing her to church services. Mentally she’s brilliant and hilarious. But she needs physical help and we are delighted to be there for her.
So then a couple weeks ago, I discovered that she has never read the Chronicles of Narnia. And I asked her if she wanted to co-lead a small group from our church. (Fun fact: if we go through each story, it could take around 4 years.)
And she said yes!
And then we decided to hold the book club meetings at her independent living facility.
And then when I was on the phone with the facility reserving a room, they asked if we wanted to open up the club to all the residents there.
And I said yes!
So yeah. Looks like I might be running a 4-year long book club for anyone and everyone and a whole lot of retirees. And does it make me a little woozy? You bet.
But one thing I’ve learned is that it’s better to bite off more than you can chew than to get bored with your life.
I need to make a science-fair type trifold though. This is what people will see during our small group fair event, and I want it to be as inviting as possible. The goal is to get a ton of people to sign up. The more the better.
I bought this image off of Etsy, and will probably use it on my trifold:
