Hey, I just started the Dan John bulking program split into A/B/C workouts. Was wondering if anyone has finished it and has any opinion or tip about it. Thanks

I did Dan’s Mass Made Simple a few years ago, which follows the same basic ideas. Eat your PB&J sandwiches, do your squats for high reps (which will suck) and you will gain muscle.
I’ve followed a fair few of Dan John’s workouts/programs in the past and have yet to be dissapointed. Just make sure you do what it actually says.

The “10 Secrets” plan is simple and straightforward, like most Dan John routines.
Most people think they need to “improve” the plan with more work or something different. That’s a mistake. Don’t go balls out on every set of every exercise in every session. Read his advice in the article about when to push it on which exercises and which days, and just do what he says. Eat enough good food to make the scale go up each week. It’s a 6-week program, so you’ve got to squeeze the most progress you can into that timeframe, but that doesn’t mean binging for the sake of binging.
What’s your current height, weight, and general fat level?
Interesting because on the supposed rest days I’m doing some extra work, such as the triceps, barbell shrugs, calves, abs. I’m 6"2 (1.88cm); 82kg and not sure about my bodyfat. Abs not in horizont tho lol

Yeah, um, don’t do that. Stick to the program. Take the 30 or 45 minutes or whatever you were spending doing unnecessary extra work and spend that same time prepping food for the next few days. Grill some meat, boil some eggs, bake some potatoes, make a few sandwiches, whatever.
Re-read the article, especially the section pictured above. You’re not improving the plan by adding anything, especially shrugs, calves, and abs.
At your size, you’re in a good position to grow if you simply do the program and eat plenty.
can someone post link to that program I cant find in
