Dallas Cowboys, 16-0?

Giants look better and better every week!

The Giants have beat a bi-polar Washington team, St. Louis, Cincinnati, and Seattle. That’s a cumulative record of 6-16. Boy is that some tough competition so far. They have not done anything impressive this season. Lay off the kool-aid…[/quote]

This doesn’t change the fact that they are the defending superbowl champs. This also doesn’t change the fact that they are undefeated, and beat a team the cowboys could not.

They also had the second strongest schedule at the beginning of the year, it’s not our fault the vikings, carolina, san fran and cincy are coming up lame.

Romo out for up to 4 wks with broken pinky

The point I was going to make. Schedules aren’t made up on the fly, it’s not like the NFL knew all the playoff teams from last year they put on the Giants plate would be also-rans this year. Browns were supposed to be a stiff opponent on the schedule for a bunch of teams this year, gonna be fun to watch us get raped tonight =[

If Romo’s out for the Giants game, all bets are off.

Johnson can’t throw it more than 40 yards.

35-14?

To the Browns?

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Hey Giants fans…

I can’t honestly believe people are surprised by this. With how much parity is in the league, I knew Cleveland was going to play their “A” game. It’s like they said last night during the game, it was almost predictable.

Now I wish Cleveland would just fucking start Brady Quinn!

Horse. Shit. NYG is undefeated, and rolling. Cleveland looks like a a damn JV squad over the last 4 games. And you saw this coming? Why the hell didn’t you call it before it happened?

Maybe - MAYBE if the score is 24-21, or 17-14, you would have a point. But 35-14? No. You didn’t see this one coming. No one did.

Brady Quinn should be bitch slapped every fucking day for the rest of his natural life. And that is just for doing the stupid EAS commercials.

Then, he should be forced to wear a sign that says “I suck donkey balls” to every game. I can’t stand Brady fucking Quinn.

It’s funny how the NFl has a way of humbling teams and fans. Just when everyone has it figured out, we get weeks like this last one.

Everyone forgets that the Browns had one of the top offenses last season (I think they finished #3 in yards and points scored) and they went 10-6 and sent 4 offensive players to the Pro Bowl. Their problem this year has been injuries, injuries and more injuries. They didn’t really have a preseason because the entire offense was hurt. I predicted a bad start in one of the NFL season threads when I said they would be lucky to start 2-2 against Dallas, Pittsburgh and @ Baltimore. While the Ravens aren’t all that good, they are still tough at home.

The first 4 games of the real season have been their preseason. Now, their offense is clicking again, and last night was without one of the best offensive players in the NFL in K2. Their D still worries me, because you can’t always make timely picks in the red zone, but getting Shaun Smith back will help with the run D.

October is when the season gets fun anyway.

You put on a very transparent facade when in fact, you have a man-crush on Brady and you want to have his babies.

Don’t be projecting your fantasies.

I thought the Browns’ TE’s did really well last night without Winslow. They had several clutch third down catches that kept drives alive, especially the 8 minute plus drive in the 3rd quarter.

To be sure, I was happy with their play. They both had a couple of drops that Winslow usually catches and there were some false starts…but, as you said, they both made some clutch catches.

That 8 minute drive was equally frustrating and satisfying. I can’t remember the last time I saw an NFL team commit so many stupid penalties on one drive and still come away with 7. It seemed like it was 1st and 15 at every reset of downs.

For the life of me, I can’t figure out why the Giants threw as much as they did. The Browns had a much harder time defending the run than the pass. I think that was crucial to the outcome of the game.

Eli throwing the deep INT to start the 2nd half was a huge play for the Browns. I was not at all comfortable until I saw Wright in the end zone after his pick. If the Giants punch it in there, it’s a 6 point lead with plenty of time to go.

At that point, I really thought the game was going to come down to the final possession for the Giants.

I’ll take the win, but the schedule doesn’t do the Browns any favors as they have a road game at WAS this week and @ JAX the following week.

As for your 'Boys, you can’t be feeling too good right now with Romo out for a while and Jones banged up.

The Gospel, by RJ. Couldn’t have said it better myself.

Only a Browns fan would want a QB change hours after their QB throws for 3 TDs. Fucking idiots.

Of course I didn’t see a shellacking coming, I don’t really predict NFL games anymore, only NCAA. Last night at work though, my buddy asked who I thought would win. I told him that the Browns were going to give the G-Men a run for their money, but I didn’t actually predict shit. I don’t really care though, it just reinforces the philosophy of ‘any given Sunday…’ except Monday.

Anyone who thinks that the Giants were going to stay undefeated even this long is a chump. I’m calling 13-3 or 12-4 as the NFL’s best record this year, going in to the playoffs. Again: too much parity.

The Steelers are going to go cold like Myron Cope (God-awful voice). Big Ben’s throwing shoulder is two hits away from exploding on impact. Once he’s gone, you’re fucked. FUCKED, I TELL YA!

This just in:

Pacman Jones has been suspended for 4 games (at least) for his latest incident. Goodell is going to determine the length of suspension after week 11.

It should be about time for T.O. to start ratcheting up his antics. It’s unraveling quickly in D…

I hope the just kick that stupid son of a bitch off the team. He has been no help in the secondary.

TO needs to realize that this season is about his last shot at a ring. Certainly the gravity of the situation should mean something to him. But I doubt it. The guy is a fucking cancer.

It’s too bad that Jones is such an idiot, he could be a really good player if found some fucking discipline and straightened his shit out.
