Footy season is almost done with over here in Australia with my off season starting in a couple of weeks…I’m looking into doing a month or so of daily sub maximal/high frequency training focusing on only the best exercises sprinting…any thoughts what to include?
I was thinking something like sprints, back squats, rdl’s, hip thrusts w/ some relaxation/stiffness stuff thrown in too…

BASIC STRENGTH: back and front squats, romanian deadlifts, hip thrusts are good but would not be among my top 3
STRENGTH-SPEED: Power clean from blocks or hang, power snatch from blocks or hang, speed squat with 50% and added elastic bands
SPEED-STRENGTH: Barbell jumps squats (20-30% of max squat), barbell jump lunges (20% of bodyweight)
EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH: Depth jumps, box jumps, single leg box jump, broad jumps
