Go easy on him guys.
4 pints Ben n Jerry’s. That will give you 4400 calories, 400g carbs and close to 175g protein. Just use 1-2 scoops protein shake to get the rest.

Why do you still fail to understand that IIFYM does not mean eat all of your macros in lucky charms and protein shakes…
Strong reading comprehension skills are strong.

I don’t understand why someone like you isn’t bigger unless consistency is a problem for you.
Anyone else I know who can eat like that and lifts regularly looks like they eat that much.
I’m not knocking your progress either because you have made a lot, but I don’t understand some guy like you claiming he can knock out 5,000cals a day like a 260lbs linebacker without the 260lbs.

I can’t speak to the specifics, but he’s mentioned that he has some health-related issues that make muscle gain more challenging.

should be no problem gaining fat though ![]()
most undersized people over report how much they’re eating. I wonder if this is the case, may not be, but you never know.

Truth. I have a thread in TRT that details most of it. Also i think in the start or maybe middle of my indigo log i also detailed some of it. So its kinda plastered around here.
If i had to through out a guess as to why i am not bigger it would be my activity level is probably too high both because i suck at sittign still and i have a serious psychological barrier to break through when it comes to gaining any fat.
