Yeah no crap, the lady in the cube next to me heard me undo my belt, and the camera, click, she looked over and gave me the WTF look.

Exactly. It’s interesting how naysayers judge SIGHT UNSEEN.
But hey, I guess crow tastes good.

Well, I take back my words then =). I think you have a really nice x-frame. Sorry for doubting you, just that I’m surrounded by quite a lot of pro bodybuilders with our height but not anywhere near your measurement ratios (probably due to different racial genetics, differences in cloth sizes e.g. American XL is bigger than Asian XL or they take too much insulin/gh causing distended gut or whatever, I don’t know). You got a log or something?

I do not have a log, I tried to put a log together, but never really kept it up.

I have a pretty demanding job, I can go weeks with being in a groove, sleeping in my own bed, working out everyday, and then I get shipped off to some crap hole country for a few months at a time. It’s hard to stay consistant when you bounce around like that.

What ever gains I make, get blasted away in bumfuckistan, eating god knows what, working with what little if any equipemnt they do have there.

I was in Kazakhstan for 4 months, and dropped a crap load of weight, the food sucked, the weight room consisted of a mutli gym thing, and a treadmill. My work outs suffered, my diet was shit, I literally watched the muscle melt away.

In the last few years, knee surgery, (4 of them), shoulder surgery, and a partial kidney removal, these have really slowed me down.

When I am home, I coach kids baseball, football, and basket ball, so I normally get in the gym every night for at least an hour or more.

When everything settles out and I can get my routine normalized, the plan is to drop some excess body fat and hopefully walk on stage at a lean 190 at 5’4" tall. I may have to do it in the seniors catergory, but I am not giving up

That’s great BP, you look good but I was reacting to the LEVI’S 33" relaxed fit part.

When you said Levi’s did you mean it generically for pants like someone would say Kleenex for any facial tissue? If so, I accept that and can move on with my life. Otherwise, after seeing the pics, I’m even more doubtful you can fit into 33" relaxed fit Levi’s. Do I have to post pics of just how tight those jeans are on my skinny ass?

Being a Cadillac of men myself,

Hahahahahahahaha. This guy wins the thread.

Even in regular name brand levis, in the 505’s relaxed fit I just returned a pair last week the misses bought me, they were 32x30. I can get them up and buttoned and still have a little room in the waist, but the ass and legs were way too tight. I had to exchange them for 33’s. Even the 33’s are a little snug for my liking in the croth and thigh. I have to wear a belt with these, or I get the bacon roll look in the back and my shirts do not stay tucked in.

It’s possible you may have wider hips then me,

I’m glad someone notices my hard work.

Not only is Bullpup the man of the thread, his avatar is pretty sweet. Complete dadbod here at 46. Good engine, just diet.

Ok, off to have a beer, Friday afternoon and another weekend of bad dietary decisions

Bullpup,
I’m of similar proportions. My best bet has been getting Lucky jeans at TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, Steinmart, etc in a 34x32 and getting them tailored. The jeans cost ~$25 at those places, typically, plus $10-15 for the alteration and I’ve got a nice pair of jeans that fit for $40.

I’m not quite 5’2" and Bullpup outweighs me by 90-95 lbs. Wow. Isn’t that amazing?

<--------- The girl version. What JLD2K3 and Bullpup would look like with very, very small amounts of T and a lot more Estrogen.

About those guys in their 20’s with Dad Bod. They don’t look bad. But this is what they will look like in 5-10 years, and that starts to look like a heart attack.
