DAA: How Much, How Often, Results?

Okay, my blood work just came in and it was slightly higher - it was taken a week later from my saliva test (the 73.2).

76.0 pg/ml

So, it did go up…

I just finished a month long cycle of DAA. Didn’t notice any performance gains over normal. No increase in acne either.

My verdict and personal opinion: Pass.

I’ve used pure DAA for 30 days along BioForge (Biotivia) and did blood test 3 weeks later.

Here are the results from Bloodwork:
S-Testosterone 35 (ref 10-35 nmol/L)
S-Ostradiol 197 (ref 43-151 pmol/L)
Bioactive Test 14 (ref 2.8-21.7 nmol/L)

Wondering if it made my Ostradiol through the roof. Did anyone else look at Estrogen markers in their blood work?

I read somewhere that DAA should be taken with vitamin B6, preferably p5p, to counter the rise in estrogen and prolactin.

Oh wow, this post is worth much with no links…

I’m getting a free 24 day trial of a DAA supplement combined with a cruciferous vegetable extract; I’ll post the results here.

although thats far from anything impressive you should take these test results lightly as it’s only a snapshot of your hormonal profile throughout the day. I’d be interested to see your T levels with Vitamin D and/or Acetyl-L-carnitine compared to DAA.

That is true, but it was still discouraging. I was also getting a lot of acne while I was on DAA. Also, as an FYI, I’ve been taking Vitamin D supps for the past year or so. My levels are in range for Vit D.

No ALC though. Maybe I’ll give it a try.
