D-bol, breakfast of champions

I started my dbol/EQ/test stack last week. I am currently taking 40mgs of dbol a day. I am taking 20mgs with my breakfast around 6am, and 20 mgs with my post workout meal (or shake) around 7pm. Is this a good way to break up the 40mgs throughout the day, or does someone have a better suggestion. (I know its only beneficial in my system for about 6- 8 hours, but i want to keep the dosages higher when I take it, and thats my reasoning for not breaking it down into more smaller dosages.)
Any comments are appreciated

the general idea is that dbol should be taken every six hours due to the half life. if you have 10mg tabs i would do something like 10/10/20. although taking 2 doses daily isnt a real big problem either

I have a good idea of what the vets will respond from reading posts/articles so I’ll try to answer your Q.

Take it throughout the day to maintain steady blood concentration levels. If you are taking 8 x 5 mg pills that would be 8 doses spread throughout the day.

I’ll let the people in the know correct me if I’m wrong.

I take 10mg every 4 hours. I try to keep blood levels as stable as possible.

Depending on how much I take I will distribute it evenly throughout the day. I also disolve the pills under my tongue - I find it causes less gastric upset this way.

p22, damn, I was wondeering what was fucking up my stomach. I may kill myself soon from the gas. Gonna try letting my dbol dissolve, see if it helps. I didnt recall reading that dbol upsets the stomach, I know many complain anadrol does.

Jt: Yes Dbol is hard on the stomach, you are suppose to take it with food, but I have found I get the shits and gas anyway so bad that I just had to stop taking them. Since I have been disolving them under my tounge, I havn’t had a problem!

Thanks P22. started dissolving them under the tounge last night, and have 10mg dissolving right now, yummmmmm

Can you disolve Zambon Winstrol tabs that way too? I get that same gas problem with Winstrol tabs but never with Dbol. Weird.

Her English: yes
