Split D-bol Doses?

I’m intending on trying a cycle;
test 500 wk
Eq 300 wk
Nolvadex 20 ED
D-bol 30 mg ED for 1st wk to get kicked off on test
My question: Should I take D-bol 30 mg all 30 mg at once or 10 mg three times a day due to short half life?
I’m 45, 5’6" tall 220lbs., slight belly and a first timer ( be gentle, lol) I lift almost every day (different body parts)

split the doses up and take 500mg week of the test but you need more than 300mg of eq to see results. try taking double the eq amount and unless you run it for longer than 3 months dont expect anything fantastic to happen other than eating a lot.

Three months is a little longer than I had in mind. Does that time frame apply to the test also or just the eq? I have no problem in upping the dosage, but my doc checks my blood fairly often and I don’t know if I can pull off such a long cycle. Perhaps I could blow off a blood workup if I had to. Anybody else have any opinions on this cycle??

I’ve been told not to split doses of dbol, take it one hour before your workout. By doing this you get the best effect for your workout, and your liver has more time to clear the toxins from the dbol before your next dose of dbol.

Doesn’t that cause heavy fluctuations in test levels? I thought it was best to maintain a constant level around the clock, but I am new to this.Any help is appreciated.

I actually just finished a cycle of some dbols. On my training days I would pop those little shits like skittles about an hour before I’d lift, and the pump would be insane. On days I wasn’t training, I would spread the dose out as much as possible to keep an even concentration of the chemicals in my blood.

I also think it helped with putting on mass throughout the day, thus I’d take one with breakfast, one with a snack, one with lunch, one with dinner, etc. I’d take 200mg of milk thistle/5mg of dbol as well to help the liver out and a lot of fish oil for my cholesterol levels. Good luck and be ready for some awesome strength gains!

Is that 200mg milk thistle for every 5mg d-bol ingested?

Yep you got it, I also made a strong note of not drinking any alcohol while on the cycle and a week after coming off it.
