Ladies and gentlemen,
My stats; 47 y/o 5’6"@230, working out around 20 years (the last 10 more seriously) Been through two injectable cycles in the past three years.On HRT for life (prescribed)
OK, now that that’s out of the way, to the question;
What do YOU feel is best, one dose d-bol daily or several split up throughout the day? This would be in conjunction with several injectables of course with the proper ancillaries (spelling?)
I wonder, because with the short half life given d-bol one would think the dosage would be mild if spread out.
Ex; 10 mg every 4 hours, what would circulating level totals be 15 mg? Then there’s the possibility of one 50 mg dose or two 25s that would result in higher levels, but not for 24 hours. Would the muscles respond better at higher doses during workout hours or a trickle dosage steadily around the clock?
Well folks feel free to give your opinions, it is after all, what I seek!

For almost everyone the preferred method is to split up the dosage. Depending on who and what you belief dbol has a half life in the neighborhood of 6-8 hours so 3-4 divided doses seems best for almost everyone. There is a school of thought that says if you take a huge surge dose just once a day that then since it is out of your system so quickly you don’t impede your HPTA nearly as much as divided doses.
Of course if you are taking another else with the dbol than this does not apply to you. 10mg 4x a day is a very sweet protocol for dbol. Many people will kick it up a notch before a training session and I don’t see anything supremely wrong with that.
If you are using 25mg or less… take it all at once. It would give a too low base level when split up… take it in the morning (to not interfere with natural peaks reached before the dose) or 1hr before training.
If you are taking 30mg or more split it 3 times or so.
Also if it is the olny drug, then a split is better as the muscles respond to total serum levels more than a quick blast - MethylTest is not particularly anabolic for this reason i believe.
If you are using it in conjunction with a longer acting base, then you can more easily take the dose in one drop as you are covered from all angles, and the dbol can still add to that anabolically without too much of a fluctuation of the supraphysiological levels.

Yeah but, if its half life is 6-8 hours, won’t it still be in one’s system in good amounts after training? I’d go with half in the morning and half before a workout.

I dunno, the more ‘anabolic’ I am, the worse my sleep is.
