So what AI should I stack D-aspartic Acid with?

thanks for the input I’ve actually started staking it with resveratrol and DIM and fenugreek. I think im going to stick with the 12-14 day on 7 day off cycle as well because from what i’ve read so far that is what closely resembles the on cycles for the clinical studies done .

Probably a good idea, since the long-term effects of DAA supplementation haven’t been examined. I myself know from experience that I feel the effects best about six to seven days into each cycle, after which they diminish. Also a case for phasing in and out.

I’m going to give this a try with resveratrol
I did 12 days on 3 off for a month and loved it.

Ah, just another word of warning to those who want to try DAA but have sensitive digestion: don’t take it alone on an empty stomach. Ideally you want to take this with a meal or at least mixed with sodium bicarbonate in order to avoid potential irritation to the digestive tract. I learned the hard way!

Yeah thats why i take it with fenugreek it curbs the irritation i get from taking it on an empty stomach.
