50 KB swings 26kg bell
Hangboard Pull-ups 3x 4(PR!), 3, 3
One arm rows with gray band 3x 10, 10, 10
50 Hydrocore bag front snatch (catch in front of chest)
30 “halos” with Hydrocore (same as video above)
50 band pull aparts red band
OH Tricep extension - red band 2x20 each arm

Current update post workout. Still holding quite a bit of fat in my lower abdomen but upon waking I can now make out a faint outline of a few upper abs (or maybe I am just hopeful, visible abs have never been a specific goal of mine. It it would be cool to have)



Also, I suck at posing/lighting myself.

More diet tightening and cardio going forward.
