26 minute treadmill hike. Mostly 10 deg incline
31 minutes treadmill hike.
We made it through Ian with no damage (lots of small branches down but house/vehicles are okay). As of 0845 today what remains of the eye isn’t to far north of my house and our county’s flash wood warning expires at 0930 today.
West coast and Orlando got hit really hard. Pictures before the storm showed Tampa Bay drained of water (storm sucks it out to the ocean). Feel very lucky this morning.

Had a follow up with the neurologist today. Have to go in for a MRI to check for anything remaining. Docs also advised against anything too strenuous for a while so no large weights (though they might balk at the videos above).

After walking these last couple weeks I have already noticed my heart rate coming down significantly during the walks. According to my apple watch, my resting heart rate has come down roughly 5 BPM already.

37 minute treadmill walk. These are getting significantly easier and my heart is averaging much lower during.
Priced out that I can get most of the rest of what I need for a great home gym from rep fitness shipped for just under $1700. New goal set…
