I’ve been lurking the sub for a while and finally decided to jump on a mild Test and HGH cycle for the first time as I’m about to enter my dirty thirties. So, I come to you with a few questions - but first my stats:
Male, 29 yo
6’2
Currently 220 lbs, ~19% bf
Blood test came back healthy and normal
Been natural my whole life, have had some “urges” to hop on a cycle throughout my 20’s but alas here I am.
The major deciding factor for me to consider this seriously was:

my test levels are NOT what they were a couple years ago. Dropped from 520 to 470. I did put on about 5% bf, and believe the added stress due to my career has impacted this.

I’m looking for something I can sustain long term - fighting father time as long as i can haha
Also, let me preface this by saying I am not trying to look like Ronnie Coleman, or a bodybuilder for that matter. I am simply trying to optimize my training, fasten recovery so I can train more often, and maintain around 10-14% bf year round.
Here is what I am thinking:
-cruise on Test 250 mg/wk, pin e3d
-6 month hgh, 5iu daily, pin in AM (start with 3iu month 1, 4iu month 2, 5iu months 3-6)
what are your thoughts on this for a beginner?
