Cycle help needed

Hey all, I’m new to this group and cycling and I need some advice.I’m on week four of my 12 week cycle with dianabol and testosterone E. -dianabol 10mg morning, 10mg night time -test e 250 0.6ml Saturday, 0.6ml Tuesday. I want to know can I run tren E once I stop the dianabol next week for the remaining 7 weeks? This is my first cycle and I have had no side effects at all. Thank you

Watch your sodium intake. Excess sodium makes your subcutaneous tissue act like a sponge. It is possible to get striations using test and Dianabol with very little effort.

You can do whatever you want but tren is an advanced drug that should really be reserved for very experienced users competitors. I can carry some pretty harsch physical and mental sides. Don’t recommend you touch it.

You would also not use trenE for only 7 weeks. You would use trenA.

It would seem to me you need to learn how to eat. This is not optimal by any means.

Lean and big gaines do not go together. You want big gaines you need to be eating way more than 2000cals. You wanna stay relatively lean, you need high protien, mod fats and moderate carbs.

You can’t mask improper diet/training with drugs and that is what it appears you are trying to do.
You are very inexperienced and tren shoyld be the last thing on your mide. You have 0 business touching it.

I would be eating more than 2000 calories that’s a little low, I don’t calculate what I eat day to day but I just calculated what I ate today and it’s at 2954 calories. I don’t have the time to log everything and work it out as I have a family and life. I know my diet is good enough that I’m in a surplus as I’ve been gaining good with the test and dianabol. Just under 4 weeks and 9kg gained. I feel amazing from the results and I do like what I see I just don’t like the bloaty look. I’m not trying to cut and my diet does reflect this as I eat a lot of carbs and fatty foods like bacon. Will I look less bloated once I stop the dianabol? I’m not going to run tren this cycle I’ll leave for the future. Can you recommend a cycle for a more dry look? Would test and EQ be good for next cycle after my PCT and 12 weeks off for what I’m trying to achieve?

Yes, dianabol, sodium, higher carbs will do that. You may also have elevated estrogen which will pull in water. Are you taking an AI?
I would try to get a handle on diet a little better if you can. Higfh carbs along with fatty foods is not a super great combo.
Protein constant 1.25g/lb of lean body mass
Fats build .35g/lb of LBM/Diet .3g/lb LBM
Fill the rest of your calorie goal with carbs.
What i’m getting at is protien will stay constant through the year and you’ll only change this based on higher/lower LBM. Fat will mod up and down a touch based on build/diet phase. Carbs are always just fillers. Of course there are circumstances where macros might be changed for specific periods/goals but these are pretty good guidelines.
As far as logging goes. If you eat the same things daily it is very easy and you just figure it out one time and then copy/paste. Being on a consistent diet is very beneficial both building and dieting.

Great call here. It’s really not needed for the average gym rat. I have been training and using gear for many years and the only time I would even consider using tren again is pre contest.

Test and EQ is a great cycle but with EQ it takes a long time to build in the system so I would plan for 14-16 weeks.

250/wk test
150/wk deca
400/wk EQ
25mg/day proviron
AI on hand in case you need it.
Anadrol around wk 10-11when lifts start to stall.
I don’ tfeel it’s a good idea to run orals at the beginning of the cycle as they give you a big boost in strength that your joints and tendons are not ready for. That boost comes in handy mid cycle when your body is more conditioned to handle heavier loads.

What else are you going to run with the Tren? When are you going to run it? Are you going to add it to the current cycle and drop the DBol?

You seem desperate and impulsive in a bad kind of way. Perhaps you should just finish this cycle and get back to natty and eating right.

I’m going to run a test E and tren E once I have a few more cycles under my belt and understand how my body tolerates everything. I thought I could add it once I’ve dropped the dbol to tighten my physique up but I feel like that’ll happen once I stop the dbol anyways so I’ll finish out my cycle on just test and run test and EQ next cycle.

Not desperate, I just don’t know enough about juice and that’s why i was asking whether I can change and swap mid cycle. I have no plans of going back to natty but I’ll try to keep better tabs on how much and what I’m eating in future.
