Looking for some input on this. I’ve been told that glucosamine should be cycled on/off because your body will stop producing it naturally if you continue supplementing with it.
Is there any truth to this? Does the body even produce glucosamine? If cycle are needed, what would be reasonable, 1 week on/1 week off?
Thanks for any input
Not true that you have to cycle it.
However, glucosamine by its self is rather ineffective, only good at raising blood sugar.
It needs to be adequately combined with effective amounts of:
magnesium
zinc
d3
niacinimide & NAC
THIAA & berberine HCL
to be properly utilized

I agree that it is ineffective, and not up to the claims.
However, I believe taking in your prescribed supps WITHOUT glucosamine would offer the most benefit.
Additionally, a specialist recently told me the MSM is a better choice than glucosamine.
