I’m 31 years old recently tore my MCL. I’ve been exploring options to speed my recovery process. So far I’ve found most saying:
Decca / Test 250mg on a split of 125mg twice a week.
For 6-8weeks
I’ve never used and I’m in the dark on best options. Any thoughts and info would be appreciated.
Check out peg-mgf or just standard mgf also called igf-1ec. I have a buddy using this peptide to help a torn acl and he is recovering quickly and seems to be getting alot stronger
TB500
Thanks! Everybody I’ve talked to keeps saying “it’s not worth messing with your hormones over a knee”
I feel like it’s the standard answers because of the taboo discussion that goes with any PED.
I’m short. 5’7 and stocky /lean for my frame. I’m trying to avoid any crazy gains, but i do want to see this thing heal quick!
I’ve done starting strength programming from 70s big in the past and had about 5 years of Olympic lifting for a background. Quite it all back in November.
Started a fresh linear progression on Rippetoes starting strength program to rehab this thing. Compound movements feel great!

Will Brink wrote a recent article were he said some docs are using hGH injections directly into injured joints now…
regular hGH use has been reported to help out with these injuries as well. some folks are dabbling with the new GHRP’s for the same reason…

So mgf has a localized effect but because he cant pin the ligament he pins it eod in his quads hammys and calves at 200mcg he isn’t a bodybuilder he plays A grade footy(Australian rules football) and his quads are fucking huge but he has made awesome recovery in 3-4 months using peptides

very interesting…
Put my wife on a ~3 month run of HGH. She dropped 10-15 pounds, and all her joints healed up nicely. She has what doctors call hyper-mobile joints, and has had issues with her shoulders and ankles for years - shoulder surgery, 3 ankle surgeries, and 2 foot surgeries within a 3 year time span. She was on the H before the last ankle surgery, and the doctor raved about how quickly she was progressing (obviously didn’t tell him). She no longer has any issues with any of the previous problem joints, they all feel much healthier/more stable.
She was using 2iu per day.

dang!
A good friend of my used growth around 4iu a day during the recovery of a meniscus cartilage tear. Seemed to knock a few months of recovery time. Heard it would have been more effective with precise site injections into the cartilage but 1 not sure if that’s even possible and 2 wouldn’t half be difficult to get right if it is.
