Cycle Blood Work

I’ve been on TRT. Experienced weight training (you can see my other post if needed.) I started my sust/ cyp cycle 6 weeks ago. It’s 450 total. 250 sust, 200cyp pinning Tuesday and Friday. I’m not taking any AI. I got blood work 30 days into my cycle and my test level is 1500 and estradiol is 61.6. I’m curious if the estradiol is too high? I don’t have any symptoms. Strength and size gains are great, libido, energy, stamina etc is phenomenal. I have gotten in my head thinking I have very very slight nipple sensitivity, but I think it’s from my work shirt rubbing on them all day. I carry “radio, pen, flash light, screw driver, badge, phone in my front pockets. I honestly think it’s mental. I’ve been religiously checking for gyno symptoms and I don’t feel any masses or lumps etc. just looking for some more experienced advice. My Dr reviewed my labs and she didn’t give me a call, which means everything else is fine to her.

I guess I could add, before I started my TRT, my test was bottom 300s and estradiol was 5> on the lab results.

One more thing to add. I had/ have high blood pressure. Dr has me on 2 meds and it’s been staging pretty level. Here lately I take my BP when I get home from the gym, which would be about the highest reading of the day and it’s been near perfect. I’m not sure if estrogen plays a part in BP readings, but felt as if I needed to add that in case someone knows.

You answered your own question. If estrogen was too high, you would have symptoms. You can get intense burning in the nipples, this doesn’t mean it’s gyno. Gyno symptoms can be intense itchiness in the nipple area.

That’s what I thought, but like I said this is my first cycle and was looking for input from someone more knowledgeable on the subject than myself. I don’t really think that 62 estrogen is high given my test is 1500. But again, I’m new to this.

Men on cycles usually get gyno with coming off cycles, at a time when hormones are declining.

Also a guy on another forum got gyno with estrogen at 33 pg/mL, not high by any means.

Gyno is genetic, you’ll either get it or you won’t.

Well since I’m on TRT, I’ll be on a cruise after this so I wouldn’t think I have anything to worry about.

There ya go

Right. I just wanted some reassurance, really. I know it’s different for everyone but the number itself just seemed high to me. But in comparison to the test number, it doesn’t seem high.

With that being said, do you think I should take an AI when I’m going back to my TRT dose, or would that just potentially crash my estrogen?

No, treating a lack of symptoms can only lead to problems.

Just taper down the dose over a few weeks. So if you’re doing 450 mg/wk for blast and TRT is 150 mg/wk (just an example dose), then do a week at 350, a week at 250, then back down to 150 mg/wk. Doesn’t need to be exactly this, but you get the idea.

Okay, cool. My trt is 200 wk. so I’ll taper it down to the trt dose like you said. I’m just trying to make sure I do all of this as correctly as possible. I’ve read hundreds of pages and forums, but you never know until you ask.

I usually do a taper down just to avoid wild fluctuations. I don’t think having a few extra weeks at in-between doses will hurt long term.

Itchiness is just a sign of high e2, not meaning thst you are getting gyno.
You can always lower it by 0.5mg Adex, 1 or 2x weekly.
It won’t sink down your e2 and itchiness will probably stop.
I have same itching and that was just getting used to higher e2, nothing more.

I’m not entirely sure that it’s not mental/ from my work shirt. I’m going to ride it out a little longer and see what it does.

i personally run e2 sensitive at 60-70 at all times, with no issues. however this is somewhat the upper limit for me, and i noticed when i do some blasts or ramp up HCG to 3x2000IU a week i get some nasty, mostly mood related symptoms, and 0.125mg anastrazole helps. sign that i can’t get much higher.

I’ve been reading a lot and these seems to be a correlation between blood pressure and estrogen levels? The past 5 or so weeks, my BP has been better than it ever has. It started going down about 4 weeks into my cycle. Which leads me to think this might be my estrogen sweet spot?

You can’t make any judgements this early into your cycle because your levels are still building up to a steady state.

I get what you’re saying, but from 4 weeks to 6.5 weeks. It’s been the same every time I check it.
