Testosterone, TRT typically lowers blood pressure in the long term, because it increases levels of nitric oxide, which is a vasodilator, signals the blood vessels to relax, thus lowering blood pressure.

TRT or high testosterone does increase blood pressure if your body is diseased, example, obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, and can no longer function normally. The TRT can actually makes things worse in severe cases.
That’s why testosterone lowers in the first place, because the body is falling apart, like a new V12 Ferrari engine in an old beat up chassis, it’s going fall apart.
