My only point is that prim is so good at maintaining muscle and encouraging fat loss to me, that I like it when not trying to gain, and actually add it to cruise often as long as everything stays in check. Some people actually run full time on blast and trtcruise. It’s expensive. You will like it though. If you haven’t done before, it’s kind of crazy how it seems to make your muscles seemingly pop. The var you have is always good to keep for the end of most cycles because it will transition to water retention look away quick. Lastly, research signs of e2 and you could notice something if you are concerned with that. And lastly again, prim for some people is really hard on the hair. So you may want to pay attention to that if you increase dose. And with the concerns of e2, research deca, because with my age and e2 effects, it is really good for our age. In 15 years, I bet doctors will prescribe test/deca combo for trt all the time.
Even on high amounts of primo +var there won’t be gains?

There will be gains. I just don’t use them for trying to gain myself. But sounds like you want to gain at pace to gain lean, without needing cutting later much, that pace. So the test prim will be fine for you. That why some people dread the test deca belly from the water, you won’t have that. Let me know how it goes. You will like that prim as you BF goes down. There is some magic about to me in the way it makes things pop. Lastly, how often will you pin. Twice a week right?

Pre workout under the tongue reduces the total time in your system, dropping exposure times as it’s brutal on HDL. It also allows max serum concentrations in about 30 minutes.
So don’t do it? Sometime suggested sublingual preworkout and swallow/orally in evening. How do in optimize fit gains or does it not make a difference?

So I’m so far feeling absolutely great on this cycle. How would adding HGH be for this cycle? I’ve read HGH is good for going down in BF. However, I’ve also read HGH causes water retention and I don’t want a bloated look.
I’ve never ran HGH before. I’ve read on Reddit by some guys that’s it’s not worth the price point.
At 41 it would most likely be beneficial assuming you allow your e2 to be at the higher end of normal to maximize igf1 production.

Also how much HGH a day to get some good size and fat loss? Will it cause water retention? Or would the primo and var counteract that?
I personally like for e2 to be mid to high 50s to maximize hgh expression. For most, that e2 level will yield around a 300 igf1 score or higher( at 3 iu) assuming that diet and macros are in line.
Some do have a lot of water retention, some do not. It’s both a personal response and also a product specific result. I’ve seen that totally go away once minerals and water consumption are in balance. Adding 5 grams taurine per day will also help.
If I were adding hgh, I would start at 2iu pre bed to start.
Ramp up slowly.
Consider multi dosing once you get above 4 iu to maximize fat loss.

If you are talking about fat loss I’d suggest 6iu+ (UGL) daily. I didn’t get anything out of 2iu (Pharma) and 4iu (Pharma) was so-so.
