Hi I am looking for advice on the best cycle to run to get 15 lbs or more of lean muscle in around 3 months. I do not like the bulkier look or feel so I am looking for the compounds that will give me lean gains with visible abs. About me I used to blast and cruise test for about 3 years, never really went over 500mg but got very ripped and packed on some muscle with 8 pack at 5”9 170lbs, only ever did test no ais or other compounds. I stopped for 3 years and lost most of it I now have a 2 pack at 173lbs. I’m looking to get bigger and leaner than last time in a short period of time maybe 3-4 months. I want to get to 180 lean with visible abs. I am wonder what compounds I should run with test to get there.
Muscle memory will recover most all the natural muscle that you had 3 years ago in less than 6 months.
All the muscle you gained due to the time you were taking AAS will also return in 6 months if you return to the doses you were using when you acquired the muscle.
Your age would be helpful to know
I highly doubt your gonna put on 15lbs of quality tissue in 3 months. Why does it need to be so fast? Your setting yourself up for failure.
How about spending a few months getting back into a solid diet and consistent training? Rushing it is a recipe for injury.
It’s not the compounds that will give you lean gaines it’s the diet/macros/cardio/training style.
Do you have a training log going? If not then start one.
I understand that muscle memory will eventually bring back what I lost but I am looking to get bigger than last time. I always hear about other compounds being used for faster + more gains. I am wondering which one would be best for quick lean gains.
Good old test and deca will be great to grow on. If you don’t eat like crap the Gaines will be”lean” as you say.
