Cy, well Ive been doing my meltdown work and with some added arm lifts before hand to increase my gun size. Now Im dieting at the same time but really slow in no hurry so I can get some growth on the arms. I just ordered mag-10 and have read that when dieting one should take half a dose only every day. Well is there a frontload required for that( 2 half doses on day 1, or 2 full doses on day 1, or none) also with my goal in mind I thought that maybe the full dose everyday might help my bi, and tri growth a little more than half dose? well if you got time holla!

I currently finished a diet (steriod dieting) using MAg 10 and lost 16 pounds in 4 weeks. I used 1 cap twice per day and still felt really strong on 70 g of carbs a day even gained strength and stamina. Which under any ohter cirumstance would drain you physically and mentally. the stuff works like gear and with dieting. 2 weeks into the diet i lowered the dose two one cap a day, and still with good results. 3 weeks into the diet i ran out of mag 10, so i used alot of methoxy and tribex. I love methoxy and tribex but it did not help much in terms of strenght and recovery on a very low carb diet. Without the mag 10 my strenght went down, muscle lost size, lost stamina, sex drive and i got sick. The low carb diet can do this to a fella. My point is if you can afford two doses a day go for it, but if you can only afford a dose a day do it. Trust me in those final day of my diet, i would of loved to have half a dose or even a taste. Use it, the shit works and almost any dose!
Sounds great Jacob, looks like the stuff did some good for ya, I think I will use 4 ml twice a day so half a dose twice a day, one in the morning and the other before workouts. THanks for the input fellas!
