if i miss a workout, what do i do?
if i can’t do 25 pullups, is it okay to do 18-22 and then do rest-pause until i hit 25?

You could just do pulldowns until you can do more pullups.
Or you could do assisted, or use a strength band.
Or, you could even do rest-pause until you hit 25.
It’s all good, as long as you are improving session to session!
